We offer a transparent, flat-fee model designed to help agents keep more of what they earn:
$450 per closed transaction
$3,500 annual cap per calendar year
Once you reach the cap, no additional brokerage fees for the remainder of the year
No monthly brokerage fees
No franchise fees or desk fees
MLS, board, and association dues are paid directly by the agent where applicable and are not retained by the brokerage.
This means: You only pay when you get paid, making this model ideal for new agents, part-time agents, and experienced agents who want predictable, low overhead.

Grow Roots Realty does not charge monthly brokerage fees. However, agents who choose to join the local REALTOR® association and MLS are responsible for applicable board, MLS, and association dues. These fees are collected solely to remit payment to the local board and are not retained by the brokerage. Participation in the local board is optional and based on each agent’s business needs.

The annual cap is the maximum amount you will pay to the brokerage in a calendar year. Once you reach the cap of $3,500, you will not pay additional brokerage transaction fees for the remainder of that calendar year (January - December).
